1. Introduction

At Web Ultro Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and ensure complete client satisfaction.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


2. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all professional services offered by Web Ultro Technologies, including:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Digital Marketing (Social Media, PPC, Content, Email, etc.)

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Branding and Graphic Design Services


3. Project Initiation & Advance Payment

  • Projects commence only after receiving a confirmed order or written approval and an advance payment (usually 50%).

  • Once the project begins, advance payments are non-refundable, as resources, tools, and personnel are immediately allocated.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered based on project type and current progress:

a. Website Design & Development

  • If a project is canceled before any design or development work begins, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be issued after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.

  • Once design mockups, wireframes, or development work has started, no refund will be issued.

b. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • Payments for monthly or campaign-based marketing and SEO services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If you cancel a campaign before the project start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), depending on the preparation and strategy work completed.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services by sending a written notice via email to the official company email address.

  • The cancellation becomes effective from the date we receive your written request.

  • Any outstanding balance for work already completed must be cleared within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.


6. Revisions and Satisfaction

We aim for 100% satisfaction and provide a reasonable number of revisions as per the service package or proposal.
However, once work has been delivered or campaigns have gone live, refunds will not be granted based on subjective preferences or performance outcomes.


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. No Refunds Will Be Provided In The Following Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after project commencement.

  • Client delays in providing necessary content, approvals, or feedback.

  • Dissatisfaction due to creative differences or subjective opinions.

  • Non-performance issues beyond our control, such as search engine algorithm changes or social media policy updates.


9. Force Majeure

Web Ultro Technologies shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control — including natural disasters, technical outages, or unforeseen global circumstances.
