Web Ultro Technologies provides professional digital solutions including but not limited to:

Pay-per-click (PPC) and Google Ads management
Email marketing and content marketing
Branding, graphic design, and maintenance services
All projects are handled per the mutually agreed proposal, quotation, or service agreement shared with the client.
The client (“you”, “your”) agrees to:
Provide accurate information, materials, and approvals required for the project in a timely manner.
Ensure that all content, logos, images, and data supplied do not infringe any copyright or trademark.
Review all deliverables and provide written approval before final delivery or launch.
Maintain backups of their own data and website content.
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide information or approvals may extend project timelines.
All payments are to be made in accordance with the invoice or proposal shared.
Projects typically require 50% advance payment before commencement and the remaining 50% before final delivery or launch, unless otherwise agreed.
International payments can be made via approved gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer.
Payments once made are non-refundable, except where Web Ultro Technologies fails to deliver services as per the agreed scope.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate work due to delayed or non-payment.
We offer a reasonable number of revisions as specified in your package or proposal. Additional revisions, design changes, or major alterations outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design, graphics, and text content created specifically for the project.
Web Ultro Technologies retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
All open-source or third-party plugins, code, or software used remain subject to their original licensing terms.
While Web Ultro Technologies uses proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or results on search engines or ad campaigns due to factors beyond our control (e.g., algorithm changes, competition, or market shifts).
Performance reports and outcomes are provided in good faith and reflect the efforts made under agreed campaign parameters.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
This clause shall survive the termination of the contract.
Web Ultro Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service with written notice of 15 days.
All completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or in progress.
We may use third-party tools, hosting providers, or software to deliver certain services.
Web Ultro Technologies is not responsible for any malfunction, downtime, or policy change by such third-party vendors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, India].
For international clients, Indian law will apply unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
Web Ultro Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
